The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, washing machine with separate dryer, high speed internet and much more. The apartment is located on 5th floor with an elevator. Walking up or down some stairs is still necessary. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. There are countless restaurants, cafes, shops, stores, etc. within very short walking distance. Palace Square (Hermitage Museum) is about 20 minutes walk or few minutes by public transport.

No smoking is allowed in the apartment or common areas inside the building.
