The entrance is from a secured courtyard with available parking. The windows face to a quiet side street.

The apartment features  high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fully stocked large modern kitchen and much more. The nearest metro station (Mayakovskaya) is just across the street.   There are several supermarkets within 100 meters. Restaurants, cafes, bars, coffee houses, banks, money exchanges and post office are all within 1 – 2 minutes walk. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator.

No smoking is allowed in the apartment or hallway of the building!
