The apartment features an open space concept with large dining area, office work area, living space and kitchen. There are two bedrooms plus a convertible couch in the living room that allow the apartment to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The building has entrances from both the trendy Rubinshteyna Street with its many restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and bars and also from Fontanka Canal, one of the most scenic places in the city with many palaces along its embankment. The apartment is less than 100 meters from Nevsky Prospect which is the main street in the center. All the famous sites of St. Petersburg are within easy walking distance. Palace Square is approximately 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus ride straight down Nevsky Prospect.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with modern elevator. The windows face to a quiet courtyard so it’s possible to open windows and not hear street noise.
